  • Travel & Application Data: Travel history, itineraries, booking confirmations, educational history, employment history, and any other information required on visa or immigration application forms.
  • Technical Data: Internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, and other technology on the devices you use to access our website.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your personal information on lawful grounds and for the following purposes:

  • To provide our core services, including assessing your visa eligibility, and preparing and submitting applications on your behalf to the relevant embassies, consulates, and government departments.
  • To communicate with you about your application status, requests for information, and other service-related matters.
  • To process payments for our services.
  • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations in South Africa and abroad.
  • To manage our business operations, including record-keeping, auditing, and improving our services.

4. Disclosure of Personal Information

  • Foreign Embassies, Consulates, and Government Departments: We will submit your information to the relevant authorities of the country you intend to visit or immigrate to.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: Such as visa application centres (e.g., VFS Global, TLScontact), travel agents, couriers, and our IT service providers who are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.
  • Regulatory Bodies: Where we are required to do so by law, court order, or to comply with a request from a South African or foreign government authority.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. International Transfer of Information

To provide our services, we must transfer your personal information to countries outside of South Africa. These transfers are essential for submitting your applications to the relevant foreign embassies and authorities.
